I want to say a huge thank you to Simon who helped me this morning. On previous visits to other auto parts stores I have been made to feel like I am a lesser person because I know very little about cars. Simon was friendly, informative and fitted the accessory to my car whilst explaining the process. I felt like a valued customer despite this being my first visit and a relatively minor purchase. I will only ever shop at Auto One Castle Hill in future, I cannot recommend them highly enough - Fantastic Service!
Delivery within a few hours for a radiator Koyorad, this radiator was very expensive charged about $135 extra as well. A typical cost for a quality is $185. However if you were to fit yourself you definitely will save money. But nooo. The cost for a radiator was very pricy. Sonny was very efficient Timmy was very informative. Would not recommend here.
To conclude, radiator too expensive. KOYORAD.
Best customer service I have received in decades. Helpful product recommendation, saved me over $1200 on their recommendation compared to their competitors. Then personally delivered product to me, so did not have to wait for delivery over the weekend. Can not recommend Auto One highly enough!
Karl from Auto one castle hill went above and beyond to help me with a stereo install in my car. He was always happy to help and customise everything to my needs. After sales service has been great too. I highly recommend the team.
Very friendly staff. Young guy (didnt get his name) but came out to our car, got the right measurement for the wiper blades and even knew the right brake fluid type to get for my car. Nothing was a hassle. They know their stuff!!! Very helpful. Great customer service.
Sound System
I have had my sound system progressively built here over the last 2 years. Karl and Simon have been meticulous, consistent, and professional. They have worked and aligned with my financial constrains, but champaign tastes. They have instructed and educated me without patronising or ever taking advantage of me. Their after sales follow through has been exceptional, and I am really happy with the work they have carried out. Sound is an elusive addictive game, but you would be in good hands here in my personal opinion, and I have had experience with other services along the way.Thank you, gentlemen.
Went to get new headlight globes for my car asked for advice on best globes etc staff we very helpful and fitted the globes for free a great service I would recommend them to anyone,
